Bad Service rendered

Poor service rended in Tongaat Home Affairs ,firstly there are no chairs and shelter People stand outside untill they get inside ,their aircons lick,dirty floors and no water dispenser Employees have attitude and lazy to do work malipulating system each and every day i have noticed that their system gets off / down minutes before their lunch breaks Consultants should go back to training or hire new staff that will be able to assist or provide good service to the community
