bad service home affairs

I am having difficulty in obtaining a new I'd card the on-line booking system is of little help at times not working and when trying to book an appointment all I keep getting is no slots available after numerous attempts I decided to approach the Epping branch in goodwood area for assistance the lady at enquires would not assist me as I do not have an appointment seemed not very interested I explained how am I supposed to get an appointment when no appointments available it's unacceptable .I have many occasions tried calling home affairs for assistance with no results countless emails with no response is this the service that home affairs offers .how am I supposed to obtain a new I'd card I was also told they do not accept walk ins for I'd application really bad service home affairs
