Bad service from the teller at East London home affairs

Hello Peter I went to Home Affairs on the 20-11-17 to take out one name in my child's birthday certificate. They told me it's would be ready after six weeks. Today I went again to check,the lady told me the certificate still showed both names. I asked her to atleast estimate when I should come back and check again and she said she didn't know anyone she had a major attitude. I mean if she's the one working at home affairs and she says she doesn't know when I should come back, what am I supposed to do? It's almost eight weeks now and the school will need the birth certificate.
