Bad service from Home affairs Pretoria

I have app**** for a passport which they say usually take 2-6 weeks i have been following up at a branch, shame they working tirelessly to help but the Head office isnt helping at all and the problem needs to be solved there, they do not answer phones or reply email. I am a very unhappy citizen,
