Bad service from Home Affairs

In January this year, I app**** for an Unabridged Birth certificate. Up Today, i have had no assistance or help. 100's of calls, emails and visits to the port Elizabeth office, i get no help. One of my emails i sent: Dear Dr. Leon Amos Schreiber, on 18th January of this year, I app**** to Home Affairs for an unabridged birth certificate. Document Number ***, I paid the necessary fee and submitted everything to the Port Elizabeth branch. They put a reference number *** on the document. Since then, 11 months later, I have heard nothing from Home Affairs. I have made 100's of visits, calls and emails to no avail. No one seems prepared to assist me I have proof of everything. This is bad customer service and bad service delivery.
