BAD Service from DEparment of Home affairs.

My brother wanted to apply for His ID book and he was told that he needed an Unabridged Birth Certificate first before they can approve his ID application. He app**** for the certificate 2020 and he has not gotten it still. He has been sent from pillar to post and called to sign other forms still. Our Mother has even passed on and he still does not have the ID. We called the helpline two weeks back and they told us they are escalating the matter but even now we don't have the certificate. The REF is *** and his ID number is *** 08 6. Can we please get help now the ladies on the phone are not telling us their names and they say we must call after 2 weeks to check HOW COME. We have waited for 2 years already.

Please assist us Boksburg Home Affairs has not helped as well tell us where we must go to get help.
