Bad service ever.

Appalling service at Bellville, while waiting to be assisted with my ID application. The manager came to me to advise that the cashiers are going to close at 16:00 they won't be able to assist me after 16:00, as if it was my fault. At 16:10, I was told to come back within 3 days around 07:30 to be first on the queue, mind you I requested leave from work inorder to sort out my ID application. Manager advised me that if I come around 8, then I'll have to queue like everyone else again, so basically I wasted my day
