Bad service delivery

Today I was at motjatjiskloof home affairs from 9h00 till now at 15h00 without any service. I went there for my daughter's birth certificate and she's now 32 days. I waited outside the gate with no update until I left and yesterday I called telling the officer that I'll be coming today.
