Bad service

Really poor service. I waited in the line from 7:30 just to get to the front and be told that I needed another document. The lady told me that once I get the document, I have to stand in the que all over again. When I got back I joined the que gain. This time when I got to the front, the lady came out and took about 10 other people except me. This made me really irritated, so I phoned the manager. He told me that the lady was coming out now so I said it's fine. I'm in the que for another half an hour and it's raining. Altogether I'm in the que for 2 hours. This is by far the worst service anyone can get.
