Bad service

The service is pathetic staff are rude especially the one lady upstairs 5th floor by temporarily Id my brother was ****** 3 months ago he id cellphone bank card ext where ****** went to home affairs on the 24 of May tried to get a temporarily Id he's fingerprints where not being picked up went to ground floor ro do smart card well 3 months later we still waiting when you ask to speak to a manager the staff get rude with you dont know why the have phones as they never answer them when you go there allnyou get told is wait for the sma to say the Is is ready for collection pathetic
