Bad service

Me and my wife recently visited Department of Home Affairs Phuthaditjhab,I have never seen such a bad and horrific service like the one I experienced there.There is no order .Instead of getting a service they are busy talking what missed me even more is the Old lady working there busy eating fat cakes nd chatting instead of helping us,we booked online but it was for nothing.Its time department's hire ppl who are willing to serve not who are there for salaries.I know what is good customer service bt the we got is Horrific service.they cnt even distinguish between old od disabled people they just disrespect all of us,there is a boy there issuing tickets he thinks he owns home affairs,He disrespect ppl like nobody's business.My Majoro fix your team they are letting u down
