Bad service at the Department of Home Affairs Randfontein

I am Tshiamo, I app**** for my son's passport on the 10th of October 2023. I got a sms for collection,went to the Department of Home Affairs at Randfontein in Gauteng several times as walk-in client. I went the three times already without being able to collect my son's passport because their system is always offline when I queue for hours for collection. When you arrive there the security and the Home Affairs staff don't issue proof that you're in the queue, there's no tracking system for walk-in clients. When I as a walk-in client logged a complaint on the 23rd of May, I was told that it's a lie that I've been there several times without assistance due to their system being offline. There service at the Home Affairs Randfontein branch is bad, I queued for hours for collection and didn't get the passport that I went to collect. When you stand in the queue you hear that their system works around 12pm or 14:00! Why should their system be working at certain times where as when you make an appointment their timeslots start from 9am. I am not happy with their bad service!
