Bad service at home affairs roodepoort

I am so disgusted by the home affairs in roodepoort after standing in the que for almost 5 hours just to book for marriage we were told their system is offline after when they were taking bribes from other people and they are very slow this is totally not fair for other citizens cause we end up not doing what we supposed to do can something be done about this or launch an investigation and can I be responded to
