Bad service at Home Affairs Orlando

Home affairs Orlando services are so bad..they keep in saying that their offline and sending us back forgetting that we use transport and taking days off work..it's more like their are doing a favour to serve us..and worse their manner of approach when addressing is arrogant.is now the forth day coming to apply for an ID for my son and being told they unable to scan due to system crashing..and worse they don't even name tags so we can identify them
