Bad service at Home Affairs in Germiston

oI am so dissapointed with Home Affairs in Germiston I wasted a day standing in a que,I stood there from 9:50 am at 15:11 we were told to go homeas they are 'cutting the que' I asked them why they said they are short staffed and we should Come back the following day, Mr P.F Mnguni came out and told us that his systems are not working properly .He said the previous day they knocked off at 18:00 And they don't get payed overtime. 1. It is not our problem that they are short staffed 2. I took a day off from work to come do my passport 3. They were supposed to let us know when we got there that they are having problems with their systems and they are short stuffed (so we can decide to either leave if stay)
