Bad service at Home affairs Brakpan

The year 2023 on August, i have app**** for a child birth certificate to be changed on my Surname because she is adopted child, i app**** at Home affairs Brakpan, until today i have never received any assistance from the employees including their Supervisor, I'm always there asking for a feedback or to escalate my issue since a child need to be registered at school for next year, instead they gave me their office contact which they never pick up when ringing, just to stop me from coming to them, I'm out of options now because i tried to call Home Affairs hotline but their phones are never answered to. Please help.
