Bad service at Home Affairs

I have app**** for unabridged birth on the 4 of January. After waiting for more than two months without a sms , I went to check for the certificate in March and I was told it hasn't arrived at the branch. I came to check again today on the 2 July, they still say it hasn't arrived. I then requested to speak to the manager and he said , I will have to wait . I asked wait for how long and what guarantee do I have that I get the certificate because I need to use it in December ,he then gave me another forms to fill , apparently for new record of my son because if the head office don't respond it means no records of my child have been found. I am not happy at all. They don't even open on Saturday meaning I will have to take leave again and hours in a queue.
