Bad service

The service rendered by Komatipoort branch is poor. How they communicate to clients is an area of improvement. I had an appointment for 8:00 to leave at 13:40 … after being told to go home and fetch an ID of a deceased though I had a death certificate and in the website they indicated that one brings in a death certificate.

Upon my return being referred to a counter that has no one to assist.

Bad communication between clients and those coming to consult it is as if treatment depends on who you are!!
