Bad service a department of home affairs 707 office, Orlando West

To whom it may concern

I have app**** for a card ID at 707 offices at Orlando West on the 14th of December 2017 up until today the 14th May 2018 I have not received it.

I went the office today for the 3rd time and still the ID in not available, the office said the problem is in the printing office and when I call the contact centre the tell me on the same thing that I must go back to the 707 offices and tell them that the problem is with them. I have been going up and down with no help.

The 707 offices do not want to listen to me saying that the problem is not with them is with the printing office
