Bad service

Home Affairs, Wynberg is the worst department for collectìons of Identity documents, u need to be there at 5am if you want to be help, the staff including the branch manager are not of any help and even dont respond on emails, why cant we also not make appointments for collection also cause the booking system for applications works excellent but the collection sections are very bad
