Bad service

My son got a message to pick up his Identity from them. I phoned to find out if I needed an appointment and they said no. When I got there today the security told me that I need an appointment or I could go to Krugerdorp. My son is in matric and this was his only day off. I’m not happy with the service I got especially after I waited in the queue since 05:30 am.
