Bad Service
My name is Eunice Ngobeni . On the 24 of December 2020 I went to home affairs at Harrison street . I was send by My bank to go and verify my finger prints, when I arrive there the consultant who was helping told me I have to do a new ID , then he gave me a paper and said I must go pay . I pay R140 , on the January 20/ 2021 I went back to check for my ID , that's where I got the shocking news that the ID was collected I asked how was it collected because the paper to collect was with me . The Consultant went to talk to her Supervisor , they called me in when we checked the paper I was holding I found out that the Name was mine but the ID number was wrong I asked them how can this happen them the Supervisor told me he doesn't know I explained myself to him and he told me that I must come Monday the 1st February to point the person who was helping me , I told him told him to give me back my R140 but he refused and now I don't have an ID because of whay Home Affairs did .
