Bad Service

SeOn the 20 october 2014 i app**** for my baby birth certificate and as the guy was busy capturing he kept on making minor speeling mistake and that i saw and rectified him as he goes, he then asked me were did i give birth and i informed him that i gave birth Ko Rose Acres and he said in Germiston and i said yes and to my surprise when he printed the certificate, the country of birth where my baby is born it stated FRANCE and i immediately inform him that it is wrong and he became very rude to the point of telling me that i will see what he will do to me if i dont stop following him around as i was doing that so that he can fix his mistake instead of moving to the next client. I have been to home affairs for them to fix this problem many times and as im writting this four months later, nothing is done and the suppervisor tells me head office tells her there is no onewith the right to fix that problem. Can anyone HELP!!!! Pls cause this will affect my baby sooner or later.i have been very understanding and trying to correspond with his manager Mr Mokoena and it seems as no one cares.
