Bad Service

16 February 2022. We had such a horrible experience at Home Affairs (Nanda Eskebheni). The lady who was working there today was so rude ans shouting at old people who were asking her simple questions. She told them not to ask her stupid questions because she is working by herself today others are on leave. She later told us to go back home and return on the 24th and told us to wait for forms. We waited 3 hours just for forms. Ridiculous. The service is pathetic and everyday people have to deal with such.
