Bad service

I was disappointed about the home affairs regional office in Mmabatho. The lady I found at reception she was so bad being on her cell phone when I needed help because she didn't even bother to assist me. She just said to me seat behind one guy who was not even part of people who came for services at home affairs. the guy there with people but she make me to wait behind him this woman called Maria Matlhola. Secondly I decided to go to the ladies who were issuing out smart card by the name of Lorato Kok who left her work and help me so prompt and keep up Lorato kok . After that Lorato Kok gave me application form to go and pay and I found another problem staff member by the name of Kefiloe Sefularo, I paid with R50 for death Certificate and she told she doesn't have a change and I must get out and look for a change while she busy chating with another lady discussing their issues there. They didn't have time to help. Lorato help us again. why did they come to work in the first place if they wanted to chat on their phones or friends. why Lorato Kok must do all the work alone.I came all the way from Pretoria to fetch my brother and getting to that home affairs was disaster
