I app**** for an ID for my daughter since 030/04/2025 no feedback or any form of communication so yesterday 07/07/2025 we decided to go check why is it delaying only to find out it stuck at manual document verification it doesn't make sense because this is her 1st application so why do they delay you our government things they are **** kindly contact me with a way forward not lame excuses ***
