Bad Service

Bad Bad service. Counter 2 servicing a person for almost an hour. I think it wud help if the Head Office or the powers that be can introduce Interns so they can gain experience and assist the public. The ultimate goal should be to appoint individuals who can turn this department to be like SARS...at SARS there is order... excellent service..SARS employees prioritise and understand the service which they are obligated to provide the public with. Department of Home Affairs in Boksburg, Everytime I go there, they seem like they were forced into these jobs. And the Pedi and the manager is also uselss. NB: Re-Train all of them please.
