BAD SERVICE

I app**** for the unabridged birth certificates for my children in December 2014. I'm still waiting for them. I spoke to Kay the Supervisor at the Harrison Branch and she told me that there is a back log of certificates that need to printed. This is unacceptable, certificates cannot take a year to be printed out. Kay advised to contact the minister as there is nothing she can do.The track no is *** and you can check it under 1997.08.14.Moeng. im so desperate cos she is writing her metric next month.<br>
