Bad service

Arrived at isiphingo dep of fome affairs at 7:30 AM to apply fo a new ID, the queu started moving at around 8:30AM. An hour later we were told that the cashier is unable to process payments due ro technicalities, it is now 11:03AM and we a being issued our coppied documents and told that the computers aren't working now and the service consultants dont know when they will commence working. We are still sitting in queues with no hope of getting assistance.
