bad service

I have been coming to home affairs to make my ID and all I get is the system is offline, when you ask the managers when will the system be back up, they say we don't know yet, we have no confirmation and even if we do, today its Friday..... Its highly unlikely for the system to be up so u are welcome to stay or go, and this Is how we are treated?? The management has no professional attitudes, they answer you anyhow. And manager says if you are unhappy with service well taught luck because this I'd how it is, you must look after your ID to avoid coming here. I am so dissapointed, matter of fact I'm disgusted.
