Bad service

This is really unprofessional I've been going up nd down at the homeaffirs at Orlando west soweto since last year June made an application of changing my mothers surname to my father's surname I was told it would take 6 month's for my application to get back from Pretoria. Went back this year January too see if my new ID was back but no luck I was told that they my finger print tumb is missing on the application nd was told that they had called me which is I didt get any call from them. I did the missing tumb done nd I was told I should come back afta 2 month's to check went back today nd guess what I was told THAT MY FATHER'S ID COPY IS NOT CERTIFY ??????????how possibly is that afta all this month's now the see that my question is that how did it get to pta won't out being checked ???
