Bad service

So I am sitting in the queue at home affairs Mitchell's plain since 7am. It's now 8.30 and we are now told they are of line. I would not have mined but guess what this is not the 1st 2nd or even third time I heard this. We all have jobs to do and I can't every time taking of from work to be told the same thing. I need answers. Why are you people always offline, when is this problem if there is going to be resolved. I had this same problem over a year ago when I was on maternity. How can this be?
