Bad Service

I app**** for my daughters unabridged birth certificae in February 2015. Out of the 2 applications only one was received and the second one i had to go back to home affairs because they could not locate the archived document.<br> Its not Septmeber and I need the unabridged birth certificate by end september otherwise my daughter will not be accepted tat the high school of choice.<br> This os urgently required.<br> I have called many times and all the feedback i get is they damn working on it.<br> Have we such *********** people worhing here?<br> Who will be responsible for my daughter not being accepted to this school next year.?<br> I have lodges a case and case number is ***<br> My Id number is ***<br>
