Bad service

What a horrible service from department of home affairs springs,stuff is so unfriendly and rude,from the security at the gate all the way to supervisor. First I was here Wednesday to make appointment,as heavily pregnant as I am I waited for them to finish talking about how much other departments gets paid almost 30min the just looked at me as if I am not even there. Today m here same story,no consideration or whatsoever of pregnant ppl,they make you stand in the queue outside in the sun,I even asked security if I could wait inside because I was 15min early but they said no I must wait were I am. I am even felling dizzy right now.
