Bad service

<p>does home affairs staff have to be rude to people all the time???? I just received the attached sms' on the SMS it state clearly that I can call the customer care' I called, and the call was answered by the most rude agent I have ever came across ' I told her what does the SMS says' she said I must IGNORE the SMS, imagine' ??? I then said how can I ignore the SMS that notifies me about my ID number , and then she said ok go to the branch with a rotten attitude ' I asked her to call me someone who will be able to assist as it seems like she is lost,, guess what she just dropped the call on my ear , when I took my time and my airtime to call customer care, I'm so DISGUSTED </p>
