Bad service

I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with the service of department of home affairs in Nigel,two days in a row I've been sent back,their reason being the system is down or it's full inside and they are not taking anybody else,first time they chased me at 14:30 and now I'm here again today and they are saying they will be cutting the line and it's literally 11:34 so I'm confused to when exactly does home affairs close?? Because this is unacceptable and disorganized,I'm here to collect my passport and I need to go through all this bull**** overtime I come here,come on,I don't have the time nor the money to keep coming here and be chased away.
