Bad Service

In June 2018 I went to Nyanga Home affairs to apply to change for my childs second name. The name was spelt incorrectly so i was told to wait 8 months. I tried to call them in November 2018 they said i should wait for the birth. This year on the 21 Of February i decided to go there to check if the birth certificate is available because I am busy applying for my child she will be doing grade R in 2021.When I get the Birth certificate it was wrong again the first name was spelt incorrectly and the second name was corrected when I complained I was told to come the following week when the manager is available. On the 27th of February I went there again and the manager was still not available I don't know what to do anymore this is not the service that the government promised us now I have to pay and wait again for the birth certificate.
