Bad response

All the documents for the changes to be done on my mom's death certifacte, that was their mistake by the way, was send in Sept from Alberton Home Affairs, and to date changes was still not done. The death certificate said Married, where it was supposed to say Widow. I am so frustrated because nothing gets done, is it because it was their mistake. Please assist
