Bad poor service from department of home affairs scottburgh

DHA scottburgh staff think they own the branch. We tried to make a online appointment several times and was told that home affairs dont require appointment. The man and manager said we taking chances, called us walk ins and told us to sit on one side with several other people in the same situation. We did not get attended to the whole day, even after they called out for several appointment persons, and appointments were not kept. They still kept us waiting from 8am. No willingness to help even though I told them that I urgently needed the id for my child in matric. I am so upset with their behavior, they treated us like we were nobodies, they acted so entitled. This online booking system is not working for everybody because there are mixed messages from online and in person, and Dha staff acting entitled ans some acting oppressed by those entitled. Some people need to work the ques and do their jobs. I think offer them commission incentives for each client they help, then see how fast they'll work those ques😡😡
