Bad immigration officer at Wynberg home affairs

I would like to report the immigration officers at Wynberg Home affairs in Capetown for wrongfully detaining my husband because according to them he was lying so they didn't want to look at his passport .We tried to explain and show them proof that he was not ******* migrant but they refused in stead he was detained at Wynberg police station for 2 nights and we had to hire a lawyer who was very expensive to get him out.
