Bad customer service and unprofessional employees of home In Orlando

Good day hello peter We went to home affairs in June or July to apply for an ID card for a 18 yearly child that is in school and then we received an sms that states that we must come and collect. We went for collection and we were told by the unprofessional workers from home affairs in Orlando that they said they can't see it and they will give us a feedback by calling us back but they never did and we had to go the second time to check if they found the ID since is lost and they told us that the manager is not around we must come back on Monday. Today which is Monday we went again to check if the manager is there since the employees of home affairs they can't work with out a manager and they are not interested in at least giving us a feedback that they have been working on it and how far are they with this matter. The manager is always not in his or her work place all time when we ask for him or her and we can't get help except him or her according to employees of home affairs in Orlando. Since the ID card is lost I will hold home affairs in Orlando accountable of any ********** that will be done under Gomolemo's ID.

I need hello peter to assist me with getting hold of the senior or manager of the manager that is not always in his or her work place.
