Bad customer service and misleading info

I visited the place more than 3time and always I was told they are closed or they are offline @3 o'clock and on the web they stated that closing time is 4 o'clock. The security guy is always rude and misleading people just because they want to leave early they denied access. So not happy with the service I received.
