Bad Customer service

I have encountered a terrible experience at department of home affairs Empangeni Branch at the hands of Ms Thembi Mbuyazi. She refused me the service despite being on the queue for service. Her actions compromises the service delivery and Batho Pele that government try so hard to achieve. Aggrieved: Njabulo Mpungose
