Bad customer service

Very bad service at Home Affairs in Kempton Park, I gave birth to twins on the 20th September and on the 28th early in the morning I left my house very early to home affairs to do their birth certificates after sometime of going up and down it was done I can finally go home and rest since I was still in pain becoz of my C-section, as I'm about to leave I noticed that there was a mistake they have typed my son's names where they suppose to type the fathers name I quickly let the home affairs official know they called her for me she came and saw the mistake and asked me to fill in another forms and go and pay but I told her it was not my mistake she insisted I do it so just to save time I did that and she asked me to come in after 2 weeks and I did only to be told she was not around and I could see her through the window sitting at the back so I left. I went back again after 3 days and found her only to realize that she didn't do anything regarding fixing my son's certificate and she made me fill in another form and told me she will do it after lunch and I should call her the next dy day to check if she did it, I called the next day and I was put through to her but the phone was just ringing I called again again after 3 days it's still ringing
