Bad attitude

I went to Alberton home affairs for my child to do biometric, signature and id photo in the morning, I was asked to join a quee of which I didn't have a problem,, realizing that the line is not progressing I left to work, and requested to knock off early. I then went back and join the line again, security personnel came to me, he took me to Mr Nkosi who said that all I can do is to go to any branch to get assistance, it matters not of where i stay nor comfortable with[fair and justice according to him], I was not given a chance to speak.
