BAD ATTITUDE AND SERVICE

I have app**** in November 2014 for an apostille birth and marriage certificate. After the prescribed 8 weeks I kept on enquiring as to where my certificates was. Every time I was told it is in process. Eventually,after I sort of tossed my toys out of my cot, was informed that Pretoria cannot trace the birth registration documents for my grandson. I had to visit my Home Affairs office, 50 kilometres away, to fill in two forms. I have been told to fax or e-mailed copies of these forms through to Pretoria to EXPEDITE the procedure.<br> <br> This was done three weeks ago and now I am being ignored.<br> <br> There is nobody one can complain to as even the Directorate do not read their e-mails.<br> <br> Who can one complain to that will listen? Please if there is anybody out there that can assist me in this regard, please let me know.
