BAD AND POOR SERVICE

I app**** for my son's unabridge in June 2015 till today I have not heard any feed back from the Department. I've been to the branch all they tell me is that the certificate is there but unable to print. Not giving the full reason why its does not print. Its going to a year now without the certificate. I really need the certificate for school. Can someone please get back to me with feedback I am losing patient. They also say that they unable to give refund,cause now I am thinking of going to apply at another branch. Also my Sister app**** for her son too before me in August 2014. They keep saying its apperas as the child does not have parents. How can we sign so many forms and at the end you tell us on the system its shows the child does not have parents. That madnes.... We are soick and tired of this. We have spoken to Mr Mkhize and Bob but none of them seems to help us.
