attitude of employees in this home affairs need to be evaluated.

The staff at the wynberg home affairs leave little to desire. They have no patience whatsoever regarding their service delivery performance and their attitudes stink. I app**** for an unabridged certificate in June 2018 , which under my knowledge takes approximately 8 weeks maximum. i have been physically going there myself to enquire about the delay because i needed this document before opening of the school year. I was not given the time of day,they check on the system but give no indication as to why the long delay. i am not even given an option as to how i can proceed forward as to get assistance to move forward. One employee shoved me aside and said i can wait for even a year before i get the unabridged certificate.. i am furious because i am in need of this document and i have no idea what to do now.
