ATROCIOUS SERVICE DELIVERY
It is the most traumatic experience yo go to Dept Home Affairs Uitenhage. The same thing happened 2 years ago when I app**** for my ID whereby they disregard booking and appointments, give you a number and make you wait up to 4 hours at a time. I'm only collecting my Smart ID now as I thought with the latest changes their service delivery and rude attitudes at that office would change. It is now 16h10, my appointment was for 14h00 to 15h00, I arrived at 14h00...and still waiting.....
