What a horrible sad experience we faced today at Atlantis Home Affairs. We tried now for weeks to apply for an ID card for my daughter. We drove 50km every time just to be shown away wether you arrive in the morning or afternoon. This branch showed me away today at 14:30 even though they only close at 15:30. As we queried them the only thing those useless employees utter is, “auh”. Please shut down this useless pathetic office or rather burn it down as they *****ing our tax money. Just another state department in its moer in. What else can we expect from this government? Since when can a branch just chance official office hours? Thus, instead of applying at this branch for an ID, father take a petrol bomb.
